Lottie Moss has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur footballer Dele Alli slid into her DM’s three times after his split from on/off girlfriend Ruby Mae, 23.
The 23-year-old model sister of Kate Moss has claimed that the 25-year-old England star got in touch with her but she spurned all the messages that he sent.
Lottie shared details of Dele’s approaches when speaking to Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing on a podcast.
Jamie asked singer Lottie whether any famous people had contacted her through direct messaging.
She immediately replied: “Dele Alli.”
Lottie added: “He slid in like three times and I didn’t reply. He kept going and he said something like, ‘That’s really rude’. I was like, ‘Well . . . ’ and I just didn’t reply.”
To illustrate what she had received from Dele, she read one of the messages that was sent to her.
She said: “Liked but no way back. Don’t know how I feel about that. Wow tough crowd.”
Lottie then told Jamie: “We’re really exposing Dele Alli right now. So that was a little bit awkward.”
Dele reportedly split from Ruby in March after they got together in 2016 before briefly splitting in 2018.
The breakdown in their relationship has reportedly been blamed on Dele being ‘obsessed’ with video game Fortnite.
A friend told The Sun: “She had enough of Dele’s good-time nature, and packed up her things.
“She’s looking after number one from here.”
Lottie had previously opened up about her love life on social media as she revealed that she has a “really bad taste” in men.
The model added: “I keep going for guys who couldn’t care less. I’ve been single for five years now.”
It would seem that an uninvited direct message is not the way to her heart as she continues her search for the perfect partner.
