Emmerdale’s Charley Webb shares snap with co-stars Emma Atkins and Lucy Pargeter

Emmerdale actress Charley Webb has shared a sweet snap on social media as she enjoyed a get-together with her co-stars Emma Atkins, Lucy Pargeter, Roxy Shahidi and Charlotte Bellamy.

The 33-year-old actress, who played Debbie Dingle in the hit ITV soap, looked cheerful as she enjoyed drinks with her pals on Tuesday evening.

In the snaps, that the mum of two shared with her 509,000 Instagram followers, Charley beamed from ear to ear as she sat around a table with Lucy – who plays Chas Dingle – and Emma – who plays Charity Dingle.

They were also joined by Roxy Shahidi who portrays Leyla Harding and co-star Charlotte Bellamy, who stars as Laurel Thomas.

It appears that the group stepped out for an evening of drinks and shared several sweet selfies during their get-together.

“Favourites,” she simply added alongside the group picture.

Charley’s recent outing with her Emmerdale co-stars came shortly after it was reported that the actress would not be returning to the soap any time soon.

Her character Debbie Dingle has in fact not been seen in the Dales for over five months, and has only appeared in the show a handful of times since the pandemic started.

Charley’s actor husband Matthew Wolfenden also revealed earlier this year that she isn’t keen on a return while Covid still rages.

Speaking on This Morning, he admitted: “To be honest filming there at the moment with Covid regulations is tough.

“Everyone’s rallied round and made it what it is. But yeah. I think for her to go back now when all this is still happening is not what she wants to do.

“I think she’ll wait until all the restrictions have dropped.”

While Charley hasn’t been on ITV screens for a while, the actress has instead admitted that a certain ITV2 reality show is occupying a lot of her time.

At the start of July, the actor admitted that she was hooked on Love Island and would have to watch the rest of the season.

“So, last year I watched Love Island for the first time and I’ve said to myself this year I’m not gonna watch it,” she explained on Instagram. “Then the first episode, watched it, tuned in, obviously.

She added: “Fully addicted. Fully addicted and now I’m going to have to watch the rest of the series.”

“I daren’t even look how long it’s on for. i’ve got no idea. I don’t wanna know.
